getting an orientation in the world of spirituality and manifestation was very overwhelming for me as I started to research more about it. There are so many opinions and advices from different people and sources, which lead to a kind of pressure on you because it feels like everyone expects you to think of the meaning of spirituality the same way as they do. But I think everyone has their own definition of it. For me it is to have an idea and consciousness of the bigger picture of everything that exists. To internalize the laws of the universe and nature and to not be stuck in patterns of egoism and negative emotions.
